Side 1 is unreleased recordings and comp tracks from The "You'll Hate This Record" Record (The Only Label In The World, 1983), What Is Truth? (Panic Records, 1987), and What Is Truth? Vol. 3 (Panic Records, 1990).

Side 2 is live recordings from 83-85 around the San Francisco Bay Area and opens with Mark saying "I hate every single one of you".

Originally issued as Unreleased B/W Live by Tears Compilations (France, 1990), then Untitled by Tonspur Tapes (Germany, 1992), and finally Experience The Freedom Of Total Control by the band's own M&S Music (US, 1992).

The No Rent reissue reproduces the 1992 M&S Music edition.

Not remastered. Not ruined. Levels and bias lovingly restored so the tape could make it through the modern analog/digital/analog process sounding the same. It sounds the same.
